Jade Stone is a custom one-of-one fashion designer that also offers limited quantities of ready-to-wear pieces. Jade Stone custom designs are specific to the client and fit exactly to the client's measurements. 

Shipping

All orders will ship in 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, please note orders are not shipped on the weekend or U.S holidays. All express orders placed before 1pm PDT will ship the same business day, any order placed after that time will ship the following business day. 

Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Shipping is calculated in checkout. We currently offer the USPS options listed below: 

USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

USPS First Class Mail (3-4 business days)

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Please note the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional taxes and duties upon delivery. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country.

Returns

Returns can be requested and sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received your package. Please email shopjadestone@gmail.com to request a return. Shipping expenses for returns will be the customers responsibility. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. We may reject the return if the item has makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or perfume scent. Any rejected returns will be sent back to the customer with no refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is not available, we will issue a store credit. Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days to be processed and 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
